1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made for the Bharatrath Digital Platform (BDP), including:

  • SaaS subscriptions
  • Annual store licenses
  • Supplier modules
  • Training & onboarding packages
  • Digital services

By purchasing or subscribing, you agree to this policy.

2. Refund Eligibility

2.1 7-Day Refund Window

You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase for:

  • Annual subscription plans
  • One-time onboarding fees
  • Add-on modules

Refunds after 7 days are not permitted.

2.2 Non-Refundable Items

The following items are NOT eligible for a refund:

  • Convenience fees
  • Payment gateway charges
  • Transaction charges
  • Domain payments
  • SMS/Email credit purchases
  • Custom development work
  • Third-party integrations
  • Monthly subscription plans

2.3 Refund Eligibility Conditions

Refunds will only be processed if:

  • The service was not used OR
  • There was a verified technical issue that could not be resolved by our support team

3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund:

Include:

  • Registered mobile number
  • Invoice number
  • Reason for refund

Refund is processed to the original payment method within 7–14 working days.

4. Subscription Renewal

  • All subscriptions must be manually renewed by users.
  • Non-renewal will automatically suspend services.
  • Suspended accounts are retained for 180 days before data deletion.

5. Service Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, cancellation will not result in any refund beyond the 7-day window.
